Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is currently looking for an Ecommerce Sales Controller/Business Manager to join the team.
What you will be doing
In this role, you and your small team will be responsible for handling a high volume and wide range of inbound enquiries. You will support guests through their e-commerce journey using a range of tools to enable the guest to complete their transaction online or remotely. This can include creating and sending video’s, communicating over the phone or using virtual meeting platforms. In addition, this team provides guests with information, answers queries, and supports guests on their remote car buying journey.
- Ensures the Digital sales process is adhered and in line with all Manufacturing standards
- Achieves finance penetration and agreed profit targets for ‘add ons’ e.g. paint protection insurance.
- Plan team resource to reflect demand, utilise tools, platforms to calculate potential offers.
- Coach and develop the team to help drive performance
- Ensure that all finance policies and procedures are adhered to by daily checking all relevant funding information.
- Formulates action plans to increase finance, insurance and warranty sales.
- Improves profitability by negotiating the best financial deal and offer customers extended service contracts, protection programmes and accessory packages.
- Ensure run rate are on track with deals confirmed and delivery targets
- Ensure diary management is effective and have a contact strategy to support including 2nd facing guests either to support or at end of night
- Proficiency on Auto trader dealer portal, BCA pro, PVL price checker & CAP live
- Drive continues improvements throughout the team in performance and quality standards to support CSI
What you will need:
- Experienced working in fast paced dealership environment at a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager level
- An understanding and knowledge of vehicle sales, financial products and services
- Driven and hungry to earn
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Inbound and Outbound calling
- The ability to deliver 5-star customer service
- Ease in explaining complex products clearly and concisely
- The drive to succeed and to meet both personal and team targets
- Great written and spoken communication skills
